Disappointing

Watch out for downloading issues. The app does not download all the magazine pages. After purchasing a 6 month subscription I now need to contact customer service to have the first issue unlocked because the restore subscription feature does not work.

The only good thing is these magazines can be read on a pc so the are not totally lost.

Update: Dont expect a quick response from Customer Service. Its going on 5 days with no response from their Help email and they dont have a number you can call either.
